Community Based Development Projects
FSD Jinja-Uganda's Community Based Development Internships allow participants to engage with the community in bringing about beneficial change or added value to the community. It is a process of initiating, planning, executing and managing resources to achieve specific community priorities and meet specific success criteria in a given time period. The FSD program facilitates both students and communities to implement sustainable development projects using tested development approaches and methodologies. By the end of the program, there are significant community outcomes while students gain invaluable skills doing sustainable development work.
